Omelette Roll-Ups



Step 1
Place lavash breads on a clean work surface. Lightly whisk eggs in a jug. Spray a small frying pan lightly with oil spray and place over high heat. Pour half the egg into the hot pan and cook for 1 minute, then turn over and sprinkle with grated cheddar. Cook for 30 seconds or until set. Place on one of the lavash. Repeat with remaining egg and lavash. Top the omelettes with alfalfa sprouts and a few quartered grape tomatoes.

Step 2
Roll up to enclose filling. Serve immediately.
